Application Process
For each student applicant:
Step 1 - The parent or career pays the audition fee using Trybooking.com
Step 2 - You will receive an email from Trybooking.com with the receipt for the audition fee (called a “ticket”)
Step 3 - You will receive an email from the Music Admin Manager with application information and the link to the Application Form
Step 4 - You complete the Application Form online.
Step 5 - You submit the Application Form
Step 6 - You will receive an email from the Music Admin Manager acknowledging receipt of your Application Form
Step 7 - (Optional) You will send the Music Admin Manager TWO videos of the applicant performing on their second instrument. Each video is TWO minutes maximum.
Step 8 - Closer to the August audition dates you will receive an email from the Music Admin Manager with details of your audition date, time and venue. Other audition information will be included in that email.
Step 9 - The student attends the audition and associated activities
Step 10 - You will receive an email from the Music Admin Manager after the Placement Panel has met with the result of your application.
